A Church That Loves. A Place to Belong.

Cornerstone Church opened in 2005 with a simple but powerful vision—to love God, love people, and make a lasting impact on our community. From the very beginning, we’ve been a church that feels like home, where everyone is welcomed, known, and deeply cared for. As we’ve grown, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to being a place where people encounter God’s love in a real and tangible way. Whether you’re new to faith or looking for a church family, you belong here.

Love God and Empower People to Transform Their World with Jesus.

Jerry and Renee Frank

Lead Pastors

Pastor Jerry and his wife, Renee, have been faithfully leading Cornerstone Church for over 20 years. Their journey together began at Southwestern Assemblies of God University, where Jerry earned a degree in pastoral ministry with a focus on leadership, and Renee studied education. They got married in 1997 and have been serving side by side in ministry ever since.

Over the years, Jerry and Renee have poured their hearts into Cornerstone—believing deeply that the local church should be a place where people are loved, challenged, and changed by the presence of God. Jerry’s vision has always been simple and powerful: that Cornerstone would be known as a church that truly loves. You’ll often hear him say, “We want to be a church that loves.” Jerry is a strong communicator and a steady leader, known for preaching that’s both grounded in Scripture and personal. Renee brings strength and a teacher’s heart to everything she does, and her love for God and people is felt throughout the church. Together, they’re passionate about seeing lives transformed, families strengthened, and the next generation raised up to follow Jesus. For them, ministry isn’t just a job—it’s a calling and a joy.

Jeremiah and Michelle Piercy

Connection Pastors

Jeremiah has been serving on staff at Cornerstone since 2021, after receiving his ministry training through Chi Alpha Campus Ministries. He and his wife, Michelle, have been married for 5 years and share a passion for helping people grow in their faith and find their place in the church. Whether through preaching, leading small groups, or just grabbing coffee for a good conversation, Jeremiah and Michelle love walking alongside others as they pursue Jesus.

Corey and Stormy Spencer

Youth Pastor, Worship Pastor

Corey and his wife, Stormy, have been faithfully serving at Cornerstone Church since 2019. Together, they lead with passion—guiding the next generation through student ministry and leading worship that points people to Jesus. They love doing ministry as a family with their sons, Rocky and Rowdy in tow. Whether it's at youth nights, Sunday worship, or anywhere in between, Corey and Stormy are all about seeing students encounter the presence of God and grow in their calling.

Ashlyn and Brendan Frankum

Children’s Pastors

Ashlyn and her husband, Brendan, joined the Cornerstone team as Children’s Pastors in May of 2024. With years of ministry experience between them—including children’s ministry, youth, and church production—they bring a deep passion for creating a fun, safe, and Jesus-centered environment for kids to grow in their faith. Ashlyn is excited for all that’s ahead and is committed to building a ministry where children encounter God, feel valued, and love coming to church each week.

Cooper Norris

Ministry Intern

Cooper has stepped into a Ministry Intern role here at Cornerstone Church. He's serving specifically in the youth and young adults departments, and is working on his credentials with the Assemblies of God.
